Since beginning with BINGO Industries in 2017, Tara has held a number of roles with BINGO including General Manager of Strategy, Innovation and Sustainability, and more recently as Executive General Manager, Sales and Marketing. She is passionate about driving change in the circular economy through enhancing diversion of waste from landfill through innovation and technology leadership in the waste industry. Tara started her career in Equity and Capital Markets at Credit Suisse, and has held a number of positions in the areas of M&A, Strategy, Investor Relations, Operations, Sustainability and Business Development.

Tara has been the recipient of the AFR BOSS Young Executive 2021 award and the 2021 Young Professional of the Year at the Waste Innovation and Recycling Awards.
